Chochon wonderfully depicts a scene from a Greek coastal village. The view is especially reminiscent of the Greek island Santorini, an island in the southern Aegean Sea that is well-known for its clifftop villages and whitewashed buildings. Chochon’s choice of a subdued palette wonderfully conveys the heat of a mid-day sun as the perspective positions us at the very top of the towering cliff with the sea below.
