DARNLEY FINE ART FEATURES IN COUNTRY LIFE MAGAZINE AND ATG

In June our ‘Possible Portrait of Shakespeare’ featured in articles in both The Antiques Trade Gazette and Country Life Magazine. Created during the 16th century and believed to depict the famous playwright, this wonderful Elizabethan painting shows a middle-aged Shakespeare with an elaborate collar, small bear and a direct gaze.

SUCCESS AT THE DECORATIVE ANTIQUES & TEXTILES SPRING FAIR

We have just returned from The Decorative Antiques & Textiles Spring Fair and what a week it has been! As we are settling back into our gallery in Cecil Court are heads are still full of the fantastic wealth of art, design and antiques that were on display.

After two years of experiencing a very strange world it was a pleasure to see so many of you again, in the flesh, as you paid a visit to our stand. We are excited to say that we will be back in to exhibit at the Decorative Antiques & Textiles Fair in the Autumn – more details for this will be released later in the year.
