Shipping policy

UK Delivery  

(Including the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man)  

• Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.  

• Delivery times apply to in-stock items only.  

• We do not split orders for delivery. If your order contains multiple items, including at least one made-to-order piece, we will dispatch your entire order once all items are ready.  

• Once dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking details.  

 

International Delivery

Local sales tax and customs fees may apply

• Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to PO Boxes, except in Dubai, where all deliveries must be to a manned PO Box.  

EU Orders

• You may need to pay your country’s domestic sales tax, applicable customs fees, and any handling charges levied by your local authority. These costs are payable by the customer, and we do not cover them

How Your Order Will Arrive

• Artwork and prints will be dispatched in secure, unbranded packaging to ensure safe transit.
